What is ALIS’ refund policy for webinars, seminars, and workshops?
Registrants seeking a refund must provide written notification 20 days prior to the scheduled webinar, seminar, or workshop. Written notifications must include the following information:
• Name of registrant
• Mailing address
• Title and date of Webinar, Seminar, or Workshop
• SKU number cited in the registration confirmation email
• Receipt number at bottom of PayPal confirmation email
Submit the written notification to the Administrator. Allow 15 – 20 business days to receive your refund.
Is my seat in a webinar, seminar, or workshop transferrable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend the webinar, seminar, or workshop, you may either transfer your reserved seat, or request a refund (Note: Submit all refund requests in writing at least 20 days prior to the scheduled learning event. See specific instructions on requesting a refund above). If you transfer your reserved seat, please notify us so we can ensure the participant receives the course materials and communications in a timely fashion.
I tried to find the webinar, seminar, or workshop that I wanted to register for, and it is now missing from the catalog. What does this mean?
Our registrar system is automated, and will remove webinars, seminars, and workshops (or specific dates that these learning events are offered) from the catalog when all available seats are filled. Please check our catalog in the near future to view available dates for the desired learning event. If you would like to receive email notification when the particular webinar, seminar, or workshop is open for registration in the future, contact the Administrator.
How do I receive a copy of my transcript?
The ALIS process for requesting and issuing student transcripts is available through this link.
