Bob Johnson

Director of Strategies, Concepts, & Analysis

Mr. Bob Johnson has over 34 years of experience in vision and strategy development to purpose an organization; strategy development and frameworks to reconcile needs aligned to purpose; reconciling environmental factors and developing solutions linked to organizational purpose; building and adapting organizational cultures linked to core competencies; and strategic, operational and functional planning. He has spent the last 25 years as a subject matter expert in designing, developing, planning, executing, and assessing studies, exercises, experiments, scenarios, and wargames. He is also a subject matter expert in concept development and requirements determination. Mr. Johnson has substantial experience in assessing and teaming with government and private agencies in developing enterprise and crowdsourced solutions to address a range of complex problems. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army's School of Advanced Military Studies, and has served there as a faculty member where he developed curricula; designed instructional materials; and taught electives in strategic leadership, management, and decision-making. Mr. Johnson has written reports, concepts, articles, monographs, and papers.
