Jim Greer is responsible for development and delivery of leader development, training, education, and workforce development for both the private and public sectors, including corporate, military and homeland security organizations. Jim is also a subject matter expert in instructional and curriculum design, development, delivery and assessment. He has more than 30 years of experience in planning, leading, developing, and managing the operations and transformation of organizations ranging from 20 to 300,000 people. Mr. Greer has extensive experience in planning and developing policy for interagency security operations (e.g., counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, and homeland security)—including leading planning efforts in support of the National Security Council. Previously, Mr. Greer holds a Master’s Degree in Education and was an Associate Professor at the undergraduate level and military-equivalent of Dean of a post-graduate institution, the U.S. Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies. With Masters Degrees in both National Security and Strategic Planning, his areas of expertise include: design, strategic planning, strategic foresight, risk mitigation, training and education, concept development, and systems theory.
