Director, Strategic Planning and Design
Mr. Steve Banach is responsible for executive-level leadership, strategic planning and design content creation, courseware development and instruction for both the public and private sectors. He has over 30 years of experience leading, planning, managing and conducting operations to include strategic and operational planning for myriad organizations of varying purpose. He has served as a military-equivalent of Dean at a post-graduate institution, the U.S. Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy Development and Strategic Planning and authored a new strategic Design Methodology for dealing with intractable adaptive challenges. He is an advisor to United States Army Military Academy’s Department of Systems Engineering Board and holds a Leadership in Crisis Certification: JFK School of Government at Harvard University. His areas of expertise include: leadership development, change management, structuring organizational learning, strategy and requirements development, program design, enterprise systems integration, solution assessment and adaptation. He presents routinely as an invited guest speaker to several renowned academic institutions in the world to include: the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the JFK School of Government at Harvard University, the Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University, the Fletcher School at Tufts University, West Point Military Academy, Wheaton College, the University of Iowa, the McCormick Foundation and the Global Servant Leadership Conference. He is a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment.
