Federal CONPLANS
ALIS provides senior interagency planners to operate as part of an Integrated Planning Team that is writing a series of Federal interagency concept plans (CONPLANS). The planning effort is focused across the spectrum of homeland security operations. The result of this effort will be a series of Federal CONPLANS that address some of the most complex catastrophic disasters presented in the National Planning Scenarios, including terrorist use of Improvised Nuclear Devices, Radiological Dispersal Devices, and Cyber Security.
National Guard Bureau (NGB) J3 Joint Campaign Plan
ALIS developed the NGB J3 Joint Campaign Plan (JCP) to assist the NGB J3 staff in developing a coordinated, systematic approach to achieving its goals and objectives for National Guard support to domestic operations.
